Ameny Chemau

Sekhemkare - Pharaoh, ruler of ancient Egyp t, the thirteenth dynasty, from the time of the Second Intermedia te Period. Reigned from 1796 - 1793 BC roku or 1786 - 1781 BC Acc ording to the Turin Canon, the third ruler of Dynasty XIII, who r eigned four to five years. One of the few monuments, documenting the existence of the ruler is a mention of him placed in Karnak. There exists under the name Ameny Chemau and fragments of broken statues, rediscovered at Elephantine. Burial place of the ruler was not found.
